How The Evening Usually Runs
We find that one long set works best, once the cake has been cut and the buffet has finished. Nobody is wandering off to the bar or queuing for food, so we get to use the best of the band’s time on a room that is ready to party. That said, if you would rather we performed two sets instead then this really isn’t an issue for us. It’s your wedding so you should always have it your way.
If you would like live music earlier in the day too, perhaps during the ceremony or when the prosecco starts flowing before the wedding breakfast, Andy also offers a solo acoustic performance for exactly that. We can also supply microphone and speaker hire for speeches, which saves you chasing one more supplier.

It is a country house hotel set in over 262 acres of grounds on the edge of the Peak District National Park, with an 18-hole golf course and a spa on site. The hotel hosts civil ceremonies and its website lists four wedding function rooms, catering for anything from 50 to 300 guests. Those grounds make for lovely wedding photographs, and the bride and groom will have no shortage of backdrops once the band starts setting up for the evening.
